7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription,
request a full refund within 7 days of purchase - no questions asked.
1. Log into your VerbHub account
2. Go to Settings > Billing > Request Refund
3. Submit your refund request
4. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours
5. Refund will be processed to your original Stripe payment within 5-7 business days
Elite Plan Results Guarantee
Elite plan members who complete 75% of their personalized study roadmap but
don't achieve their stated learning goals are eligible for a full refund of
Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day satisfaction period,
except for the Elite Results Guarantee above. You can cancel anytime without
penalties, but cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing
cycle with no refund for unused time.
You can cancel your VerbHub subscription at any time through your account
settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing
cycle, and you'll retain access to all course materials until that date.
No Refunds for Cancellations
Cancellations do not generate refunds for the current billing period. Only
the 7-day satisfaction guarantee and Elite Results Guarantee provide refunds.
If you believe there was an error with your Stripe charge:
1. Contact support@verbhub.com immediately with your transaction details
2. We'll investigate within 3 business days
3. If an error is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
Do not open a dispute through Stripe without contacting us first. We can
usually resolve issues faster.
